Characteristic

According to Chosun Wine Producin history published in 1935, the upper class in Seoul loved to drink unrefined rice wine called Hap Ju. The white materials of BUJA has much fibrous cells. It fermented the traditional Korean rice sanitarity and crushed the undiluted solution with strength of 10 mesh. It uses almost all grains of rice increasing fibrous cells.
